Your wireless microphones are set to record back-up audio files (when all units are turned on).
The wireless microphone transmitters (TXs) in your Foveo Funeral Streaming Kit have been set to record back-up audio files locally (when they are turned on and connected to the Receiver (RX)). These back-up files can be useful for restoring audio to the final recording, should the live stream be interrupted by a connection issue (due to failures in battery power or internet connection).
Your wireless mics and receiver are RODE Wireless GO IIs.
Here is how you can upload the audio recordings to a computer from the individual mic units .
1. Download and install "Rode Central" (go to https://rode.com/en/software/rode-central and click on the Download button, then choose the download for Windows (or Mac, as appropriate).
2. Once installed, using one of the mic charging cables (a USB-A to USB-C cable), connect one of the transmitter units to your computer.
Important Notes:
1. If the Rode software asks you to update the mics (TXs), YOU MUST CHOOSE THE OPTION TO BACK UP ALL FILES ON THE DEVICE. If you do not choose the "back up files" option, all existing recordings will be lost during the update.

2. Once you update one of the TXs or RX, you must update all three or they will no longer work together.
3. After updating, you must also manually re-enable the back-up recording feature on the TXs.
3. If connecting a TX to your computer does not automatically launch the Rode Central app, please search for the app on your computer and launch it (screens appear differently in the latest version of Rode Central).

4. Click on the File Name on the left side that looks like it may be the recording you are looking for (it may have the correct date or be the most recent recording). Listen to part of it to be sure, and then click on Export (in the top right corner).
5. Choose to export it as an MP3 file and click on the blue Export button.
We recommend exporting files to your Downloads folder (so it's easier to find and delete after).

6. If you are working with a Foveo Care Specialist to restore the audio, upload the file(s) you just downloaded to Foveo's Dropbox and send an email to support@foveo.org to let us know you've uploaded the files.
