That Because the Power button is positioned on the opposite side of the microphone Receiver (RX), it's possible to change the dB (decibel) Gain Control setting without knowing it. Your wireless microphone kit's RX has flexible gain controls that allow its audio output to the live stream camera to be adjusted (to avoid audio distortion when streaming or recording).
If you find the audio coming through on your live stream is either too loud or (more often) too soft, check the gain control on your receiver (next to dB). The optimal setting for most funeral streaming circumstances is -12dB (the middle setting).
The gain control, found on the receiver, is a multi-stage pad that adjusts the output level in 6dB increments. A single click of the gain control button will change the setting to one of the increments between high (0dB) and low (-30dB). Press the pad and cycle through the settings until you stop at the desired setting (-12dB is recommended). The triangle icon in the middle of the screen will indicate the level at which the gain setting has been set.
