Because the power button of your microphone Receiver (RX) is positioned on the opposite side to the other buttons, it's possible to inadvertently change the dB (decibel) Gain Control setting without knowing it.
The RX has adjustable audio gain controls that allow you to adapt audio to the occasion (i.e., to avoid loud audio distortion or pick up soft voices).
If you find the audio coming through on your live stream is either too loud or (more often) too soft, check the gain control on your receiver (next to dB). The optimal setting for most funeral streaming circumstances is (minus) -12 dB (decibels), the middle setting.
The gain control on the receiver (RX), is a multi-stage button that adjusts the audio level in 6 dB increments. A single click of the gain control button will change the setting to one of the increments between high (0dB) and low (-30dB). Press the button repeatedly to cycle through the dB Gain levels until you get to the desired setting (-12dB is recommended). A triangle icon in the middle of the screen will indicate which level you are at.
