If you are using an older version of the DirectorView™ mobile app (v29 or v30), you MUST always deactivate and then reactivate the Music Note button to ensure online guests get crystal-clear audio (especially music).
IMPORTANT
If you see the Music Note button is already set to ON, tap it OFF and then ON again to ensure the setting has been activated.
To verify the setting has been activated, play music in the room you are streaming from. If you hear the music clearly in your live camera preview, you know you've successfully activated the Music Note button.

Why you MUST toggle the Music Note button
DirectorView™ app was built to work with Zoom Communications software. Zoom software was originally developed for business meetings and, as a result, focused on optimizing the quality of its audio data. To increase data transfer speeds, Zoom suppressed background noises and audio frequencies higher or lower than the normal human speaking voice. The result: it suppressed much of the original sound picked up by microphones.
In early 2020, to allow for live music and event streaming, Zoom introduced the Original Sound feature, giving users control to either turn it ON or OFF. The feature, however, required users to decide in each session whether or not to enable their Original Sound.
That's when Foveo added a Music Note button to its DirectorView™ mobile app, enabling all audio to be streamed in its original, crystal-clear format every time. Frustratingly, however, it required that the Music Note button be first disabled and then re-enabled every time a broadcast was about to begin.
