There are two simple ways to verify the quality of the audio and video streaming from your camera is excellent.
Method 1: DirectorView™ mobile app
Sign in to the DirectorView™ app (as a Director) on a mobile device with the app installed. Select the desired Stream from those on the main Streams tab. Allow the live video to load, then click on the Unmute Audio button below the video preview.
Method 2: Foveo.App web app
Sign in to Foveo.App using a web browser, then navigate to Streams > List > [stream name] in the left menu. Open the Director Panel by clicking on the DIRECTOR button (on the right end of the stream listing) to view the live camera feed preview. Unmute the audio by clicking on white button in the top right corner of the live camera feed.
