If you or the family would like to download a live stream recording, there are two easy ways to access the recording.
1. Funeral Director Access
a. Sign in to www.foveo.app with your funeral home's Admin username and password.*
b. Navigate to Streams > List and locate or search for the Stream you wish to view or download.
c. Click on the Recording button associated with that Stream (image below).
c. Click on the Download button (bottom left corner of recording viewer).
Note: If you see more than one recording posted there, the video with Published noted above it (top right corner) is the video that is currently posted on the Broadcast Page.
* If you do not have your Super Admin username and password, please submit your request here.
2. Family Access
When a live stream broadcast is scheduled in Foveo, the person designated as the Family Account Holder receives an email from your funeral home that includes their own Foveo.App username and password.**
a. Using their Family Account username and password which the next of kin automatically received by email when the live stream was scheduled, they will sign in to www.foveo.app
b. They will be immediately presented with a view of the live stream details and the recording (image below).
c. Click on Download button under the recording viewer.
** If a Family Account Holder has lost his or her username or password, send a request to support@foveo.org.
