Family Account information (in Families, left side Menu)
Funeral directors can access Family Account information in Foveo directly from the left side menu. Family login information can be retrieved quickly or updated to assist families or manage content.
Family Account Information (in Streams > List)
A family’s sign in credentials (username and password) are stored with each family’s profile within a stream. You can view these details through your Foveo account dashboard.
Steps:
- Sign in to your Foveo account.
Go to foveo.app and log in with your credentials. - Locate the correct stream.
From the main dashboard, find and select the stream that contains the family account you need to access. - Find the Family Name column.
On the stream’s main page, locate the Family Name column. This column lists all families assigned to that stream. - Click on the Family Name.
Click the family’s name to open their record.
A new window will open with that family’s account details. - View the Username and Password.
In the family details window, you will find the Username and Password listed under the corresponding fields.
Finding Family Account Information (as FH Admin User)
You can also access family login details directly from your Funeral Home dashboard.
Steps:
- Sign in to your Foveo Funeral Home account.
Log in using your funeral home administrator credentials. - Open the Families tab.
On the left-side menu, click “Families.” - Locate the correct family.
Scroll or search to find the family you are assisting, then click to open their file. - View the login information.
Inside the family file, the Username and Password fields will be displayed.
Tips and Troubleshooting
- Don’t see the Family Name column or Families tab?
Check that you’re logged in with the correct permissions. Some users may not have access to family account details. - Clicking the family name doesn’t open a new window?
Check your browser’s popup settings and allow popups for Foveo. - Sign in credentials are hidden or blank?
If your organization restricts credential visibility for security reasons, contact your Foveo admin or support.
Security Reminder
Only authorized users should view or share family login credentials.
If you believe credentials may have been shared or compromised, update the family password immediately or contact Foveo Support for assistance.
