When you +Create (schedule) a new live stream broadcast, you should designate a Family Account holder (aka. Family Admin) by creating a NEW Family Account or searching for the Account of a Family you have served before. Family Account is the first field you will complete when creating a new Stream.
Why is a Family Account important?
When you Save a new Stream, the Family Account holder you designated automatically receives an email with the live stream details, including the guest registration link to share with family and friends.
In that email, they also receive their own username and password to foveo.app, allowing them to view and manage guest registration, personalize the broadcast page themselves, and change any privacy settings.
They also receive Foveo's email address and phone number, enabling them to reach out directly to the Foveo Care Team with questions relating to the live stream and the recording. They are, therefore, less likely to call you with questions about the live stream.
Afterwards, Family Account holders can review the list of registered online guests (including their email addresses), review and approve photos and videos shared by guests, listen to or read to messages shared by guests during the broadcast.
The family also gets permanent access to the recording, allowing them to view and download the broadcast recording at any time.
