How Proactive Support Works
If your staff member responsible for a live stream would like the assistance of a Foveo support expert (to help them prepare for or start/end a live broadcast), she or he must send a text message to Foveo Support (1-587-848-3400) at least 60 minutes before the funeral ceremony is scheduled to begin.
That "proactive" message will establish a dedicated text channel with our support team and ensure your request is prioritized. A knowledgeable Care Team expert will be assigned to assist with pre-broadcast audio checks 20-25 minutes before the funeral ceremony is scheduled to begin.
IMPORTANT WARNING
If we don't receive a text message from you at least 60 minutes prior to the funeral start time, it may be possible that no live agent will be available to assist with your pre-broadcast audio check.
