For worry-free use of the DirectorView™ app on your camera device,
make sure that you close the app completely after each live stream (or each time you open a stream).
When you open the app and see "Failed to load" or you tap on Live Stream and only see a white screen (instead of video), you need to:
(a) Log out out of the Foveo app, and then
(b) Close all open apps on the camera
Here's how to do that in 6 steps:
1. After a Stream ends, tap on the "X" in the top right corner of the camera view (to return to the Stream Details).
2. Hold your SimplicityCam™ like a mobile phone.
3. Tap on the arrow in the top left to exit the Stream Details page.
4. Now tap on the Settings icon in the bottom right corner.
5. Tap on the navy blue "Log Out" button.
6. Now tap on the three lines in the bottom left corner, and then tap on "Close all."
You're done! You can now re-open the Foveo app or choose to shut down your SimplicityCam™.
How to shut down (power off) your SimplicityCam™:
1. Swipe downward twice from the center of the screen to reveal the power button.
2. Tap on Power off and then confirm powering off twice more.
