We made it easy for you to access the recording of your loved one's funeral ceremony so your family can keep it as a memorial keepsake. You have 90 days from the original broadcast date to download a personal copy of the recording.
Here's how to download it:
1. Sign in to Foveo.app
Using the Family Account username and password you received by email when the funeral home scheduled the live stream broadcast, sign in to FOVEO.app. If you have lost or forgotten Foveo your username or password, please submit a request, with your name and email address and the name of your loved one.
2. Click on Download to save the Recording
After signing in, you will arrive on the Streams panel (left side menu). You will see a small video player in the centre of the page. Click on the DOWNLOAD button to start the file download process. Your access to the recording will expire 90 days after the original broadcast.
