Before taking a broadcast live for online guests, you can check the audio quality.
Choose the method you will use:
1. DIRECTOR Panel (using Foveo.App in a web browser)
2. DirectorView™ (using mobile device with app installed)
1. Check Audio using DIRECTOR Panel
1.1 Ensure your camera is connected and streaming to Foveo.App
1.2 Sign in to Foveo.App and Navigate to Streams > List
1.3 Find the Stream in the List view and click on DIRECTOR (on right side of Stream info line)
1.4 In the DIRECTOR Panel, unmute the Audio by clicking on the Mute button in the top right of the live camera feed (live camera appears on left side under Camera). Use the same button to mute the audio again for your speakers or headset.
2. Check Audio using DirectorView™
2.1 Ensure your camera is connected and streaming to Foveo.App
2.2 Sign in to Foveo.App DirectorView™ (with your username and password, not a camera username)
2.3 Find the Stream in the Streams tab and tap to open your mobile control panel.
2.4 Click on "Listen to Audio"
IMPORTANT: Due to a glitch in the app, do not mute that Audio using the "Mute Audio" button. This will unintentionally mute the camera's microphone. You must use the golden arrow in the top left to exit the mobile control panel.
