Foveo gives you full control over how you present your company's brand to families and online guests. Your Funeral Home's Foveo Admin can add and modify information and brand settings in the Settings Panel.

A. How to update your Company's Information

Sign in to foveo.app as your Funeral Home’s Foveo Admin user.
Note: A funeral home manager may request this sign-in information from support@foveo.org.
- Navigate to the Settings panel in the left menu under Account > Settings
Company Information
- Verify your Company Information.
a) The Funeral home name in this section MUST NOT have any apostrophe’s or other special characters.
b) The Telephone Number should be your location’s main telephone number.
c) You will not be able to change your Super Admin Username.
d) The Email Address should be your funeral home’s general delivery email address, so that guests’ funeral home information requests arrive in your Inbox.
- Verify your Billing Information, including billing contact info.
a) Company Legal Name is the officially registered name of your business.
b) Your Company Legal Name will also appear under the name of your Funeral Home on the Memorial Page (aka Broadcast Page) beneath the Live Stream Player.
b) Phone Number: Enter a direct number or include extension number (ex. 1-555-555-5555x555).
- Verify your Management Information.
a) For Manager Phone, enter direct number or mobile number.
Important: Please save your changes at the bottom right of the page.

Branding Information
- Verify your Funeral Home Name.
a) In this section, your funeral home name may contain an apostrophe or other special characters.
b) This name will appear in the top left corner of the Memorial Page, next to your Company Logo 2 (see #4 below) and above the contact channels beneath the Live Stream Player on the same page.
c) This name will also appear as the sender name for all custom, automated emails sent by the platform on your behalf (i.e., registration confirmation, two reminders, and thank-you message).

Funeral Home From Email Address: This should be the email address to which you would like any replies to your automated emails to be directed.

Company Logo 1 (Horizontal): This logo appears at the top of the Guest Registration Page and in the bottom right corner of the Memorial Page header.

Company Logo 2 (Square): This logo appears at the top of the Memorial Page (next to your Funeral Home Name) and at the bottom of the Memorial Page (under the Stream Player, next to the contact links for your funeral home).

Stream Page Header: You may upload an image to be used as the default header background for the Memorial Page.
a) If this image field is left blank, the color you define as the Memorial Color Code will appear with a grey-scale filter over it (see #7 below).
b) If you’d like to present your company’s color or a coordinating color as the Memorial Page (Stream Page) Header, please upload an image file of a rectangle in that color.
c) If a custom Stream Page Header is uploaded for a specific live stream, then this default header will not be shown in favor of the Stream-specific header that was uploaded.

Player’s Default Image: We recommend that you upload a photo of your funeral home here. It will be presented on the Stream Player on the Memorial Page, with the scheduled date and time of the live stream posted above the Player.
a) Please crop the photo you will upload to a 16:9 format ratio before uploading it.
b)If this image field is left blank, a neutral grey color will fill the player screen on the Memorial page, with the live stream’s scheduled date and time posted there until the Stream goes live that day.

Memorial Color Code: Please enter the hexadecimal color code of the color you wish to have presented behind the Memorial Page header (which has a grey-scale filter to allow white-colored logos to be clearly visible).
a) This is a required field: You may choose to enter #FFFFFF to simply display a plain white background.

Registration Color Code: Please enter the hexadecimal color code of the color you wish to have presented as the page color of the Guest Registration Page.
a) This is a required field: You may choose to enter #FFFFFF to simply display a plain white background.

URL for All Memorial/Obituaries Page: Enter the URL for your website’s main Obituary Page. When booking a live stream, if you fail to enter the specific URL of the decedent’s obituary page, then guests will be given this URL instead within the automated Registration Confirmation email they receive after registering.
- Custom Funeral Home URL: What you enter here will appear as part of the Guest Registration link that must be shared with family and friends so that they can register to attend the ceremony via live stream. For example, if you were to enter andrewsfh or andrews-funeral-home in this field, when you save a new live stream booking, Foveo will generate a personalized Registration Page URL that would appear respectively as either v2.forever.link/andrewsfh/nameofdecedent or v2.forever.link/andrews-funeral-home/nameofdecedent.
